RIGHT ATTITUDE is seeking dynamic experienced Selenium and Tricentis QA/ST Software Testing Instructors to teach it’s public classes 9AM-5PM (Central Time Zone) during Weekdays (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri). This is a position to teach in-class training in Austin, TX or virtual classes Remotely. Right Attitude is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Operations Manager – IT Sales & Training who is looking for an exciting position. The Operation Manager – IT Sales & Training will assure excellence in work performed including training delivery, outsourcing instructors, schedule classes, support sales team with pricing for group or onsite training opportunities. This position reports to CEO. The individual needs to be based in Greater Austin, TX and work from Right Attitude office location.

As a Professional Training and IT Service Company, Right Attitude provides the following services to its clients. Our training services are provided by the top certified instructors with industry experiences. With their real-world experiences and teaching knowledge combined, our instructors do not just teach courses by the books. They also bring working knowledge and apply them if appropriate in group and onsite training projects.

Position: Operations Manager – IT Sales & Training

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support sales team with pricing for onsite/group training
  • Maintains and controls COG within assigned limits per deal
  • Schedule courses and events on RA website collaborating with RA Lead Developer
  • Constantly add and increase RA Contract Instructor database
  • Outsource contractors
  • Negotiate rates with contractors
  • Maintains contractors in Right Attitude CRM
  • Monitor and maintain quality class delivery (proactively) to increase student satisfaction rate
  • Perform monthly SWOT analysis to showcase popular courses and promotions
  • Increase monthly training delivery rate and maximize resources
  • Maintain and update popular courses and schedule them on Right Attitude website
  • Supports BDR - Training & Learning team with logistic and tools
  • Review and prepare SOW, RFQ and prepare them for BDR - TL team
  • Improve Customer Service rate and maintain high standards
  • Provides weekly reports on training plans, delivery, and COGS

Requirements:

  • BA/BS or equivalent in training delivery experience
  • 5+ Years in Sales and Training Delivery Operations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook is Required
  • Basic knowledge of sales cycle and process
  • “Can do” attitude
  • Must have a valid driver license and source to a motor vehicle

Experience:

  • Worked in Training Delivery/Seminar industry
  • Performed training schedule to delivery processes
  • Prior experience in event scheduling
  • Prior experiencing in contractor outsourcing
  • Strong effective negotiation experience
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Great understanding on revenue, profit, COGS

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and generating new business leads and expanding your client base through active networking and relationship building with new clients in your assigned area.
  • Generating new business with existing active clients and strategic partners. To achieve in this role, you will need to be a successful with establishing strategic partnerships to leverage on their network and cold calling into the C Suite level of organizations. 
  • Prospect and win new clients in assigned territory by using compelling value propositions by promoting the values of staff development training
  • Prospect new business by cold-calling small, medium, and large sized businesses using Existing accounts in Right Attitude CRM and using all social media outlets
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and decision makers
  • Fulfill an end-to-end sales cycle (BANT), from cold call to close; includes scheduling and facilitating online product demonstrations and closing your own deals
  • Make 60 to 80 calls per day using company line only
  • Document maintain call activities in Right Attitude CRM
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline in Right Attitude CRM
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
  • Prepare sales plans for your area, including actions, to meet and exceed identified sales goals regularly
  • Identify new staff development and training opportunities
  • Close business to achieve, if not exceed monthly metrics

Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree in Business/marketing/media or equivalent in sales management experience
  • 5+ years of quota carrying Training/Seminar/Event sales experience required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Power Point Word, Excel, Outlook is required
  • Must have a valid driver license and source to a motor vehicle

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of recent successful experience establishing new client leads and converting into new accounts that generate business revenue
  • Prior experience selling Staff Development & Training projects
  • Ability to call on and work directly with C level executives in mid to large size businesses
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills using Power Point
  • Consultative sales approach with a structured and proven sales methodology knowledge required
  • Previous experience working in the technology training industry is preferred

  • Oversee all front desk duties.
  • Update and maintain social media presence, including daily monitoring, posting, scheduling and reporting updates.
  • Assist in planning, writing and managing e-blasts and e-newsletters.
  • Draft, distribute and pitch news releases, media alerts and other stories.
  • Manage editorial and event calendars.
  • Design flyers, graphics, e-vites and other marketing material.
  • Create comprehensive database of targeted businesses and community organizations.
  • Collaborate with staff on new ideas, directions, and tools for marketing and communications.

Qualifications:
