Here's how it works:
We will conduct several conference calls between you, our SME, and Account manager to pinpoint and understand the actual skill gaps and training needs. - Our seasoned Account Manager will then take the information to design and coordinate a training plan - With a follow up conference call, our Account Manager and SME will verify and confirm information with you to finalize a training proposal - Upon your approval and sign up agreement, we will proceed with invoicing - Our delivery team will start coordinating the event and send you with updates as progress - Our Instructor will fly to your location, and will set up necessary equipment at your office conference room - If applicable, all participants and learners will receive their username and credentials prior class start time - All books and course-wares will be shipped/become available prior training date - A midpoint check-up during the training session will be performed to ensure training flow - Upon completion, all attendees with 80% higher class attendance rate will receive a certification of completion - Trainees and learners will have lifetime advisory support from Right Attitude

We do the training room locating, setup and training coordination while you are focus on your key functions at the company.

Here's how it works:
Right Attitude will assign a dedicated, seasoned Account Manager to you
- The Account Manager will conduct several conference calls with SME and you to understand and pinpoint your teams learning objectives
- Our operation team will research and locate the training facility near or within your company's postal zip code
- Account Manager will prepare and discuss a training solution with you
- After finalizing the training plan, Account Manager will propose a Training Proposal to you for approvals
- Upon approval, our operation team will start coordinating the event and will keep you posted
- Our Service team will assist learners and attendees with their user names and credentials for the event
- We will setup the training room according to the agreed Training Proposal before class start date
- Our Instructor will assist attendees in the hosted class
- Right Attitude management will perform a mid-point checkup during the training week to ensure training quality with you
- Each learner will receive their certification of completion from Right Attitude after the training
- Attendees will have lifetime advisory support from Right Attitude, post training
Live Online Instructor-Led Group Training
Have a digital workplace? We can host a group training using our online learning platform. We will host the class online in which your employees will be able to join and attend training using their own laptops, headphones from a comfort of their office or place. There is not need for traveling. Right Attitude can help.

- Account Manager will help you to identify and discover training plans
- Evaluate the plan and make a final version with your agreement
- We will commence with proposal a final Training Plan for approval and invoice
- Right Attitude will set up an online training platform according to the agreed proposal and schedule
- All learners will receive their usernames and credentials before class
- All digital books will be mailed to the Company Address
- A support team will make sure that everyone's computer is compatible for the online training before class date
- A midpoint check-up will be performed by our operation team to ensure training delivery quality
- Attendees will receive Certification of completions

Hybrid Online & Live Group Training

Using our online platform, we can connect remote employees to a real live group training.
